We open body and mind. Let’s practice Yoga.

It is said that calm comes after the storm. This time, after some very intense weekends in the festive panorama, we return to a more relaxed rhythm. We do it with a new proposal: yoga. Both Friday, July 27 “Full Moon” and Saturday July 28, MuchaMasia, the rural-urba hostel of El Prat de Llobregat, opens its doors so you can participate with us. They are two free sessions, open to all citizens, so you can know what yoga is.

Let’s explain it

Our friend Eva, SAT NAM in yoga world, will be our guide. She discovered our space and loved it and she has decided that it is the ideal place to practice Kundalini yoga. We will carry out these two practices so that you know your guide and our space. From Monday 30th, regular practices will begin. As you know we want the good of our town and its people and we believe that this practice will help you to feel much better.

When I discovered the Yoga I understood that it was time to do something to change my life, yoga gave me the tools and strength I needed to make those little changes that cost so much to do but that are very important to be able to enjoy of life just as each one dreams.

I invite you to enjoy a moment of connection with you and disconnect from the day to day. When you listen you can always learn and when you learn is when you have the ability to lead. Learn to listen to yourself and you will learn to see your life.

What is Kundalini yoga?

Yoga Kundalini or Yoga of consciousness is a very complete and dynamic yoga that allows you to work and connect with your body, your mind and energy, using asanas (postures), kriyas, pranayames (breathing), mudras (collocation of hands), relaxation and meditation. Meditation in the Kundalini can be accompanied by songs and mantras, which help you connect with your most spiritual part and work the body through vibration.

The benefits of yoga are many. At the physical level: strength, balance, movement, strengthening of the nervous system, immune system, etc. Other benefits are calm, control of stress, energy, self-knowledge, management, control and discovery.

Self-knowledge is the basis for discovering how we can influence ourselves and obtain new ways of facing life.

How can you participate in yoga sessions?

As we have explained, the two free sessions will be on Friday, July 27, “Full Moon” and on Saturday, July 28. From 19 to 20:30. Maximum capacity 10 people. Immediately after the 1st day of August the regular classes will begin.

Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday from 19 to 20:30

Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 to 10

Prices:

1 weekly class 40 euros per month

2 weekly classes 75 euros per month

Bonus of 10 classes 80 euros, expires two months after purchase
