El Prat beach, a unique environment

Sea turtles, queens of the CRAM
And if you are going to El Prat beach, you can’t miss visiting and getting to know the CRAM. The Marine Animal Recovery Center is one of those places that catch you. When you arrive and see those big turtles swimming in their tanks to recover from injuries you fall in love.
The work they do at CRAM is commendable. Not only turtles, they also rescue dolphins, other cetaceans and seabirds that have suffered an accident or mishap at sea. At their facilities they do everything possible to recover them and return them to their natural environment. If you can, attend a day visit or participate in the simulation of a dolphin rescue, you will be amazed by all that an action like this entails.
