They say that after the storm comes the calm. After some very intense weekends in the festive scene, we return to a more leisurely pace. We do it with a new proposal: yoga. September 30th and October 6th, MuchaMasia opens its doors for you to participate with us. There are two free sessions, open to all citizens, so that you know what yoga is.

Let’s explain

Our Yogahipiclub friends will come to MuchaMasia for a few days to help us to become familiar with yoga. We like this discipline and how it contributes to our daily rhythm. Precisely, we will open these classes to know the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It is a technique that considers a flexible and healthy body as the basis of the spiritual. It is obtained with dynamic exercises, techniques of breathing and meditation. It differs from other practices by the use of Vinyasa, the technique of synchronizing breathing and movement.

Classes are for all ages. This oriental discipline is recommended to everyone, even to those people who have never done physical exercise or have no flexibility. The two sessions are led by Tato Cerdans, an expert in Ashtanga technique.

How can you participate in yoga sessions?

As we have explained, the two sessions will be on September 30th and October 6th. Both will begin at 5 pm and be extended until 6:30. An hour and a half to get acquainted with the Ashtanga yoga technique. The sessions will be free for everyone, and if you like the experience, from MuchaMasia we would consider incorporating it into our program of stable activities. Do not hesitate and come and try it.
