Festes de Gràcia 2017

If you visit Barcelona in August, you will have to put this unavoidable event in your appointment caledar: Les Festes de Gràcia. They have been turned out  in the authentic Barcelona summer festival and increasingly they have more and more visitors.

Gracia neighborhood known as Vila de Gracia, an ancient independent township of Barcelona which still retains the aroma to a village. Gràcia has narrow streets and little traffic jam on them. And above all, what we like most are the little squares that you can find hidden among streets. Plaza del Sol, Plaza del Diamant, the Virreina, or Revolution are essential to miss yourself on these places.

The streets of Gracia are decorated amazingly, creating a spectacle of colour and imagination that will leave you engrossed. The streets compete each other to see who gets the most attractive decoration. Popular culture, such as castellers, gigants or fire, are appeared in all these festivities.

From MuchaMasia is very easy to get to Fiestas de Gràcia. You just have to catch the train at El Prat Station and get off at Paseo de Gracia. Once there, you get a little walk to the party.
