The Passion in Olesa and in Esparreguera

Pratifolk
The Popular Culture in El Prat de Llobregat is always very alive. twice a year there is an event organized by the cultural entities of the city to go out into the street. Once a year, all popular culture entities come together to celebrate the Pratifolk. Through El Nus, the first Saturday of May the Prat dresses in tradition.
Giants, Diables, Castellers, Bastoners, Picacrestes and sardanistas join in a party that lasts all day on Saturday. There are parades, activities for the little ones, popular food, musical performances and a big party when the night comes. The Pratifolk tells us that the good weather is coming.
Street Theater in Viladecans
Viladecans is a town near the Prat de Llobregat. You can arrive directly by train, since it is the next station direction Vilanova. Every year, during the first weekend of July, they celebrate the Festival de Teatre al Carrer. Street performing arts are a tradition in Viladecans, which will celebrate 30 years this year.
