The product of proximity returns to MuchaMasia. The gastronomic event of the Quintotapa repeats in our house. From the rural hostel urbà del Prat we join the party by offering two tapas in our patio every holiday and on weekends from October 12 to Thursday, November 1. We have prepared a special program for the Quintotapa. Musical performances, DJ sessions and we recovered the talks about the Parc Agrari’s product. Because we like you to know what our territory is like, we opened MuchaMasia for the Quintotapa.

The Tapas for the Quintotapa

For this edition, we have prepared two tapas that will be served with a San Miguel beer. The patio of MuchaMasia will be the ideal scenario to taste the products of the agrarian parc that we have prepared in the form of a tapa.

We repeat the Tapa Tomatomate, which worked so well last year. A tomato carpaccio from Rebost del Pagès, with garlic and mint vinaigrette.

 

On the other hand, this year we innovated and created the tapa “Moja el huevo”, a crust of bread from Pa i Coca, topped with fried potablava egg, red pepper and touches of rosemary.

The Quintotapa begins on Friday, October 12. Being a holiday, that day we will open MuchaMasia from 12.30 to 16h. We will offer the beer and the tapa and we will have Dj Gordo, who inaugurates the quintotapa in Mucha Masia with music for coeliacs. Prepare for a cocktail of total joy. Are you Ready?

Every weekend, a different proposal. The first, Rosa Farrés.

On Saturday, October 13, we open the doors from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We offer the Quintotapa to take the vermouth and we give you the opportunity to leave the Tapa aside and play the music. We premiere “Be the DJ, Participate”.

 

In the afternoon we will open from 7pm to 11pm and the cycle of interviews on Parc Agrari to MuchaMasia returns. On this occasion, from 7:30 pm Jordi Corpa, one of the hostel owners, will interview Rosa Farrés. Rosa is the chef and owner of the restaurant “La Lluna en un Cove”, one of the establishments most committed to the product of proximity, a local and quality restaurant. Rosa will talk about how to cook these products and how to make simple dishes with them.

From 9pm it is the turn of live music. The local musician Pepe Damas will offer an acoustic concert where he will bring us closer to pop and rock figures such as Joaquín Sabina, Loquillo, Sopa de Cabra or Sau.

For Sunday, we will continue offering the Quintotapa. This time we will have DJ La Co-Creativa that presents Tropicalismo. It is a Brazilian musical movement with renewing intention, developed at the end of the 1960s. The movement owes its name to Caetano Veloso and involves the fusion of elements of bossa-nova, rock’n roll, psychedelia, traditional music of Bahia and the Portuguese fado. It will go through the Funk and end with Brazilian hip hop. On Sunday we open from 12.30 to 16h.

The second weekend: long life to the potablava!

The end of October 20 and 21 we open the doors again. On Saturday October 20 we open at noon from 13 to 16. We will offer the Tapa and the beer and we will repeat the “Be you the DJ, Participate !!”.

In the afternoon, we open at 7pm and this time the protagonist of the talk is the chicken potablava. The journalist José David Muñoz, director of Prat Comunica and the program La Radio del Somormujo, will interview Manuel Torres. Torres is the one who knows the Pota Blava better than anyone in our town and owns the Torres Farm. It is also the chairman of the Regulatory Council of the IGP Prat chicken. They will talk about the history of the Pota Blava, the present and future challenges.

From 21h, live music is back: jazz band La Jonkollective that resulting from the mixture of waste products from the minds that compose it. With Vitor Sancho at the helm, they bring us an original repertoire of songs with sounds that cover almost the entire gamut of the spectrum from Latin from Miami to funky from the 60’s. Supported by a team formed by Fran Torres on guitar and arrangements of the composition, Rodrigo Carvajal on alto sax, César del Val on tenor and Eric Sánchez on drums. Do not miss this magic quintet. .

On Sunday we return from 12:30 to 16h with the quintotapa and the music. This time DJ Esteve Jr Borinot and Juanska Selector will cheer us up in strict vinyl with the best of Ska, Reggae and Rocksteady.

Go out to know the territory with Route Delta KM 0

Taking advantage of the celebration of the quintotapa these days, the friends of Ruta Delta KM 0 will organize a bike ride to get to know our Parc Agrari and the product of proximity to families. If you are interested, you can call 603440788.

The third weekend: the Xavi tomatoes

On Saturday October 27 we open at noon from 13 to 16. We will offer the tapa and beer and we will repeat the “Be you the DJ, Participate !!!”.

In the afternoon, we continue with the interviews. It is the turn of the garden and the agriculture of Parc Agrari. Pako El Skinny, local humorist and member of the radio program Plan B in El Prat Ràdio, will interview Xavi Oliva. Xavi is a renowned local farmer, committed to the sale of product Km0 from his store the Rebost del Pagès and especially defender of Parc Agrari. Xavi collaborates with several media to spread and publicize our agricultural spaces and our own products.

Then, turn to live music. Oshun bases his repertoire on the most classic Catalan Rumba, versioning Peret or Los Manolos, the trio is composed of Rumberto Sánchez, singer and guitarist, Iñigo, percussion and choirs, and Ángel on piano.

That afternoon we will open from 7pm to 11pm.

On Sunday, more quintotapa and music. Dj Sergi Shine is a classic of the Prat terraces, which will animate Sunday to the rhythm of soul and funky, the perfect cocktail for a Sunday at the top of our patio. We will open from 12.30 to 16

Last day of Quintotapa

On Thursday, November 1, we also opened MuchaMasia for everyone. More Quintotapa and Dj Damn Catastrophic. This DJ will entertain the vermouth a bit in his own way, in a catastrophic way. Expect a mixture of many different things and it will be worth living. Special hours, Thursday from 12.30 to 16.00.
